In order to make the broader public aware of the benefits gained through the practice of meditation, we present from time to time selected lectures and practical exercises in meditation on specific topics. The programs are open to all VIC-staff. They are intended to give the listener a good insight into the vast field of the long time hidden knowledge of attaining the state of profound well-being in mind, body and heart.

Make yourself acquainted with the program our club offers to you at the VIC-premises on a regular basis and see for yourself which benefits you can attain by joining the classes.
Our sessions teach meditation in practice, as well as the vast background knowledge which ranges from proper life style, dealing with personal problems up till the ancient secretes which were developed for the improvement of human life. They will help you to reduce stress, balance your moods, improve mental concentration and better human relationships.
Introductory Programs:
In the new year 2 or 3 lectures are planned to introduce you to our programs in the VIC and make you acquainted with the theoretical and practical side of meditation in greater detail.
It will include a guided meditation that will give you a first experience and taste of inner peace, which is so important in our life.

Understanding the Basics of Meditation
Guest speaker: Dr. med Engelbert Oman
Dr. Oman speaks about the basics of our inner subtle Self which is the very foundation of our well being.
The role of meditation and its wholesome effect in bringing peace and inner balance to us are explained. He will show how meditation can enable us to face problems in a more effective way; be it coping with stress, dealing with mood swings, restlessness of mind, etc.
A guided meditation concludes the lecture with the opportunity to experience the soothing and nurturing inner peace through meditation and the connection with our true Self.

The hidden Powers in us - Kundalini and Spirit
Guest speaker: Dr. med Engelbert Oman
Human beings have two fundamental sources of improvement built into themselves: the Kundalini and the Spirit. They are the inborn means to pave the way for lasting inner peace with ourselves, the people around us and Mother Nature.
Dr. Oman explains the meaning and necessity of having these two forces activated and operating in us as part of our daily life in order to achieve real fulfillment.
A guided meditation with focus on the Kundalini awakening and the experience of the Spirit finalizes the lecture.

Learning to use this new perception is explained as well as different techniques to counteract and improve deficiencies thus detected. It can thus serve as guide to a steady improvement of oneself and others, providing help and support and reach the goal of inner peace.

Author of the books: The Legend of Dagad Trikon, The Breaking of the Seventh Seal and The Seventh Seal
Mr. de Kalbermatten is book author and former diplomat in the UN. He speaks about the transformation of human consciousness as the only means to create lasting peace in each individual being and the world as a whole.
Listen to his presentation about the required conditions for those necessary changes in our society which will form the foundation of lasting future peace. That peace will only become possible if we learn to cooperate with the universal force that drives the next evolutionary step foreseen for mankind.
A practical experience of a guided meditation to illustrate this deepening of our awareness is part of the lecture.
