Meditation has to be understood as a state in which our usual restless mental activity changes into a tranquil silence of inner peace.
Just a few minutes in this state charge our exhausted batteries
and set in motion a process of inner transformation into a life
devoid of anxieties, stress and other discomforts.

By the right technique our innate unused faculties will be activated
and this desirable goal can be achieved.
The knowledge of this technique is ancient,
but the practice has been adapted to fit the contemporary person of today.

More Things to Learn

Make yourself aquainted with the basic structure and terms of your inner

Subtle System

This knowledge and the ability to feel the subtle system will develop in due course with the practice of meditation.
It builds the foundation of your Self-Knowledge, the cornerstone of real personal development and transformation into a balanced personality.
With some practice you will become able to counter-balance disharmonies and deficiences in yourself and also in others.
The inner peace such gained will become an ever treasured value in your life which not only will be valued by you, but also by your fellow beings you are working and living with.

The Source of Knowledge

The Knowledge presented and taught in our courses is based on the teachings of Shri Mataji, an Indian spiritual teacher

which was presented during her lifetime in countless lectures all over the world. Her life was dedicated to manifest her transformative vision of a world with self concious individuals, who understand and act according to the foundamental underlying principles of the world. These principles become tangible transcending all present and past human sources of knowledge due to the opening of the individual's conciousness to the perception in his very own nervous system of the world as it is.

 The Kundalini

Excerpt of Shri Mataji speaking about the awakening of the Kundalini power:

“The Kundalini is like a rope with many threads. She rises by unfolding her coils piercing every chakra. The width of the Kundalini or the number of threads start diminishing as She ascends if the higher chakras are not open or if the piercing points in the chakras are constricted. If the lower chakras are open the Kundalini rises as a whole, but if the higher chakras are not open then the constriction does allow only few threads to pass. So it is very necessary to have at least the lower chakras cleansed. In the western mind the higher chakras are better but as their Mooladhara chakra is in jeopardy, the force is very weak and their own sensitivity very poor.
Now the head gets clearer but some feel a mild pressure or throbbing at Sahasrara.
The Agnya crossing creates the thoughtless awareness. You feel the silence of Sahasrara. At Sahasrara the Kundalini accumulates. A kind of release starts as the Brahmarandra (fontanel bone) opens. It works slowly with some, but with most of them it is with a gush. At that moment, the sadhaka (disciple) feels the cool breeze of the vibrations. This is “realization”. There are many who have got jagruti (awakening) and have got the curing power but they cannot remain in thoughtless awareness. They touch it for a minute or so. But the process of Kundalini oozing out works out with time and ultimately they reach a stage of doubtless awareness.
When the kundalini rises without any hurdles, it reaches the Agnya and spreads on the lower brain plate like a cloud, so a heaviness or sleepy feeling crawls. I say that first the mother puts you to sleep. The second feeling is when the vital force of Kundalini melts down over the Ida and Pingala. As if the cloud of the vital force starts pouring bliss. Gradually the head feels as if the lid is being taken off. One feels relaxed. Now again these two channels carry it down up to Nabhi and now a new force from Kundalini joins it. … Then the triple force rises which opens the Agnya. At this time eyes get closed. The pupils start dilating.
With some like X it was a quick permanent ascent, he felt as if two bath of ice fell on his hands and started melting. The cooling crawled into his Being. If the Vishuddhi is doubtful or stretched and constricted, then, one does not feel the vibrations despite realisation, meaning the piercing of the Brahmarandra. The collective consciousness is felt even before the Kundalini pierces the Brahmarandra fully. You start feeling the burning on the fingers and also the discriminating styles of collective consciousness are manifested.”

Vibratory Awareness

In a person whose Kundalini has been awakened and been raised to the top of the head, a new kind of perception is beginning to manifest - the Vibratory Awareness.

Provided that the subtle energy centre at ones throat level functions to a certain degree undisturbed, the hands start sensing the state of ones own subtle system, the health of subtle chakras and nadis.
Excess or deficiencies of energy can thus be detected and counteracted to give a proper balance. These subtle corrections create a positive effect on the gross level - the body, the mind and the emotional state. The worked out betterment in the subtle entails the improvement of the gross plane.

Thus Vibratory Awareness becomes a valuable tool for self transformation - for oneself and as it can be directed to see and correct the system of any other person as well - also for others.

The development, manipulation and use of this new sense is part of our program. It provides insight into ones own individual personality, its short comings and the possibility to a steady improvement, plus the advantage of a constant objective verification.

The work on oneself and on others is one of the cornerstones in reaching deeper meditational states.

Thoughtless Awareness

is the basis for meditation, the state where our restless mental activity changes into silence and clarity.
It starts to manifest when our Kundalini is able to pass through the 6th energy center which is located at forhead Level (Third eye). All thoughts normally issuing from our past conditionings or the planning activity for the future are left behind and transcended. The past which does not exist anymore and the future which is likewise just a speculative projection of or mind or ego changes into the only existing reality which is the Here and Now.

As already mentioned earlier reaching this state is necessary to reap the positive effects of meditation. All techniques which lead to it are just the way but not the goal.

Collective Consciousness

When the Kundalini reaches our 7th energy centre at the top of our head our mind enters into collective consciousness and comes into contact with higher energies which exist beyond our individual self.
It can be a state of great joy and soothing peace issuing from the feeling of a greater reality around us, which may be described as the feeling of a small child for its loving mother. These moments when felt will create everlasting memories in us of its beauty.

Doubtless Awareness

The ascent through our chakras like the climbing of a ladder reaches a further stage which can be described as the full Self-realization. It is the state where we become fully aware that we are a spiritual being, the Self residing in our Heart, beyond the gross existence of our body, the emotions, the thoughts and so on.

It has to be mentioned that all these states are possible to reach. It depends to a cetain degree on our past life, but mainly is nurtured by our true and constant desire to reach these higher goals.

It is said that the present time of great controversal tendencies and upheavals is the fertile ground to bring about the possibilities and chances for that great transformation of the human being, which it has to go through and for which it is actually destined for and which is called the emancipation of the human soul.
